Visionary and CEO

A Journey of Faith and Resilience:

LaShawn Deal is the visionary and CEO of Pisteuo Development Inc. A licensed Realtor in the states of Georgia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She is also a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. LaShawn is a testimony to many of what God can do if you just trust Him. One of her favorite scriptures is Hebrews 11:1 & 6.

Pisteuo Development Inc was birthed from her own experience as a welfare recipient. She knows first-hand what it is like to desire to have more and better but is limited due to lack of income. In 1988, she was recognized by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials in the State of Maryland for becoming self-sufficient.

LaShawn is deeply committed to supporting families with limited incomes in underserved communities. She is passionate about helping fathers, mothers, grandparents, and custodial parents who work tirelessly to provide for their families. Despite their hard work, these families still face challenges in securing affordable housing in safe, thriving neighborhoods. LaShawn’s goal is to help them create a lasting legacy and break the cycle of generational poverty by providing access to stable, affordable housing opportunities.
