Our Mission
The mission of the Corporation is to increase and preserve the supply of decent and affordable housing, bolster economic development, and improve communities for people and families with limited incomes in the State of Georgia, and surrounding areas. We aim to build bridges to sustainable employment, access to housing, and community development in underserved populations and neighborhoods. Our mission is realized through the development and delivery of creative and impactful programs, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging resources that support locally driven, cost-effective solutions that improve life trajectories to ultimately change lives for the better. Our core programs and initiatives include the following:
